Now have both back belts from Back on Track. Bought this on recommendation and must say it has caused some startup problems. The belt is very stiff almost "clumsy" and in my opinion a little too wide in front, it lacks the "narrowing" that the other has. The rigid velcro generates the skin in front. You will therefore need a little longer to get it set correctly. That being said, it is fantastic once it is "gone to" and set, here are extra good options for the elastic :-). It holds the low back well in place, a bit like a "corset" as it is not spotted at first glance. Today I love it and use it every day - The days it is really bad I sleep with it. Have recommended it to others I know, with the "reservations" of starting difficulties I now think it has so that others don't give up before they get started (I was pretty close to myself) .......
This back brace is the best! I have used it everyday since I got it a week ago! I feel so much better after I use it especially after being at the barn all day! I would recommend this product!
Quality item that fits easily and is forgotten once in place. I can walk, bend down, do various movements without feeling strained or blocked. We can feel the edges up and down when we sit on a seat a little deep for example, but no more. Of course as it is the specificity of the material that keeps the area covered warm, without being unpleasant even in mild weather and practicing a sustained exercise. Not tried yet by big heat. Can be carried to bed without disturbing. I do not have the long-term perspective, but for the moment the belt does not seem to be deformed or worn out prematurely.
Works as advertised. Lower back stayed warm and flexible. Easier to ride and do clean up before and after without being in a lot of pain.
Since my horse reacted positively to the back on track effect, I ordered the back warmer for myself. It is easy to put on and is optimally adaptable through the additional elastics. Even at work, I wear the back warmer for a limited time.
