It is important that your saddle pad is based on the length of the saddle, and not necessarily on the length of the horse’s back. The saddle pad should always be slightly longer than the saddle. The saddle pad model should also match the saddle model (e.g. dressage, allround).

P (Pony) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 14-16.5

F (Full) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 16-18.5

Pony size fits all horses less than 148 cm (14.2 hh) high at the withers. "Full" fits all horses over 148 cm (14.2 hh) at the withers.

Description

Plain yet elegant and super functional saddle pad with twill cotton upper fabric and infrared fabric on the inside. Mesh along the spine increases breathability under the saddle, which comes in handy during sweaty training sessions or on hot summer days. Long saddle attachers and opening girth straps keep the saddle securely in place. Red piping and logo tape along the mesh spine mark this saddle pad as part of the Horze Cairo collection. The ceramic nanoparticles woven into the fabric absorb energy of the horse's body releasing far-infrared ray of 8~12μm wavelength back to the animal's body. The infrared radiation is able to penetrate deeply into the tissue and excite water molecules, which in turn leads to heat emission, which makes blood vessels expand leading to increased blood circulation & thus metabolism, which also makes the muscles supple.
