Horze Winter Lottery Scratch Card Contest for E-commerce Purchases

Eligibility: All individual persons who are 14 years of age or older and making a purchase on our e-commerce site are eligible for the contest. Employees of the Horze Group and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are proper reasons for doing so. Such proper reasons are for example:

o  manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the contest

o  violations of these Terms and Conditions

o  unfair trading or false or misleading information in connection with participation in the contest.

1.     CAMPAIGN DESCRIPTION AND CONTEST PERIOD

During the campaign period, customers may based on the total purchase value add a scratch card to their order. Each scratch card contains a range of prizes, redeemable in connection with purchases made from Horze.

The campaign starts on 01.11.2023 and ends on 31.01.2024, and runs only as long the stock of lottery cards lasts. The prizes are redeemable until 30.4.2024.

2.     PURCHASE VALUE CONDITIONS

When shopping in the Horze webshop, customers have the opportunity to add a scratch-off card to their order based on the following purchase value conditions:

·      Purchase value up to 50 EUR (gross): no scratch card.

·      Purchase value 50-80 EUR (gross): one scratch card with 3 scratch fields.

·      Purchase value 80-100 EUR (gross): one scratch card with 6 scratch fields.

·      Purchase value over 100 EUR (gross): one scratch card with 9 scratch fields.

The scratch card will be sent together with the delivery of purchased products. 

3.     POTENTIAL PRIZES, ODDS AND RESTRICTIONS OF REDEMPTION

Each scratch card contains a range of prizes, redeemable in connection with purchases made from Horze. Below, you'll find a comprehensive list of available prizes, their respective odds, and the redemption restrictions.

3.1.  A 3-Field Scratch Card includes following:

•        1 x Prize, with a 50/50 chance of either of the following:

o  free shipping on next order (1)

o  a 15% discount on next order (2)

3.2.  A 6-Field Scratch Card includes following:

·      4 x No Prize

·      1 x Prize, 100% chance of free shipping

·      1 x Prize, with a 50/50 chance of either of the following:

o  a 15% discount on next order (2)

o  a 20% discount on the next order (3)

3.3.  The 9-Field Scratch Card includes following:

·      6 x No Prize

·      3 x Prizes with the following odds:

o  Free shipping on the next order (1) - 19.763% chance

o  15% off next order (2) - 25.583% chance

o  20% off next order (3) - 30.148% chance

o  25% off next order (4) - 24.167% chance

o  Half-year of free shipping - 0.042% chance

1.      Prize type: redemption of the prize is bound to a restriction according to price type (numbering refers to prizes above).

(1) Free shipping: minimum order value 49 €

(49 CHF, 500 NOK, 500 SEK, 500 DKK, 250 PLN, 20 000 HUF)

(2) 15% off next order: minimum order value 100 €

(100 CHF, 1000 NOK, 1000 SEK, 1000 DKK, 500 PLN, 40 000 HUF)

(3) 20 % off next order: minimum order value 120 €

(120 CHF, 1200 NOK, 1200 SEK, 1200 DKK, 600 PLN, 45 000 HUF)

(4) 25 % off next order: minimum order value 150 €

(150 CHF, 1500 NOK, 1500 SEK, 1500 DKK, 750 PLN, 60 000 HUF)

(5) Instant product win: minimum order value 20 €

(20 CHF, 200 NOK, 200 SEK, 200 DKK, 100 PLN, 8 000 HUF)

(6) Your purchase refunded: maximum amount 300 € / order

(300 CHF, 3000 NOK, 3000 SEK, 3000 DKK, 1500 PLN, 120 000 HUF)

(7) 1 year free of charge: maximum compensated amount 2000 €

(2000 CHF, 20 000 NOK, 20 000 SEK, 20 000 DKK, 10 000 PLN, 800 000 HUF)

2.      Redemption time: The prizes are redeemable until 30.4.2024. After this period, the prize can no longer be redeemed.

3.      Compatibility with other promotions: The prizes are not combinable with other promotions or discounts. The prize discounts do not apply on products that are excluded from campaigns (see product page for information if product is excluded).

4.      The prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

4.     REDEMPTION OF THE PRIZE

1.      Place your order: Each scratch card contains one or more a unique prize codes, redeemable in connection with purchases made from Horze webshop. Make sure your order meets the minimum order value specified in the restrictions.

2.      Apply the prize code: In your shopping cart, enter the prize code into the field for coupon codes. Press “Apply”.

3.      The discount linked to your prize or the instant product prize will be available for you to redeem.

Exception: If you've won one of the main prizes (6) or (7), contact Horze customer service team. We'll be delighted to assist you in redeeming your prize. Winners must present the scratch card when claiming the prize.

5.     OTHER

5.1.  Data Protection: For participation in the contest, it is necessary to provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular first name, last name and email address are true and correct. Personal data provided during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of this contest. All data will be treated with confidentiality and will not be used for any other purposes without prior consent.

5.2.  Liability: Horze International GmbH is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that might arise during the course of participating in this contest or from the use of awarded prizes. The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.

5.3.  Changes & Termination: Horze International GmbH reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

5.4.  Legal Recourse: Legal recourse is excluded. Decisions by Horze International GmbH regarding the contest are final. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
